Is Chelsea Co jewellery hypoallergenic?
Our jewellery is made with hypoallergenic materials and is designed with sensitive ears and skin in mind.
Can I wear my jewellery in the shower or swimming?
Yes, All our Jewellery is waterproof and can be wore in the shower or swimming. To keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming or bathing. Prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, salt water and chemicals can affect the finish of jewellery over time.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Like all jewellery, our pieces can change over time depending on how they are worn and cared for. Exposure to water, perfume, lotions, sweat and chemicals can speed up this process. Following our jewellery care instructions will help keep your pieces looking their best.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery away from water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. When you're not wearing it, store it somewhere cool and dry, preferably in its pouch or box.
Can I change or cancel my order?
